About Becky's Drive-in

Becky's Drive-in is a twin screen drive-in movie theater located in Berlinsville, PA which is about a 30 minute drive north of Allenstown, PA. William Beck (nicknamed "Becky"), started showing movies to the public in the 1930s at local restaurants several blocks away from the current location of Becky's Drive-in. Patrons would sit on benches to watch the movies. Becky's Drive-in was first named the Route 45 Drive-In until PA highway changed the route number to Route 248 in 1971. When that happened, the family changed the drive-in's name to Becky's. Although many of the residents already referred to the drive-in as Becky's for years before the change. The Route 45 Drive-In was opened in 1939, one block away from where the current Becky's Drive-in. The drive-in moved to its present location in 1946. Originally it was a single screen drive-in but they added a second screen in 2005. Dogs are allowed as long as they are leashed and well behaved. Both Cash and Credit Cards are accepted.
