About CenterBrook Drive-in Theater
The Centerbrook Drive-in i a single screen drive-in that opened way back in 1950. They are located in Martinsville, IN which is about 15 northwest of Indianapolis, IN. They have kept their traditional 1950's drive-on charm and still have a playground for the kids and a great grass lawn (many drive-ins have only gravel lots). Back in the early 2000's, there were numerous reports that the CenterBrook Drive-in was going to close down. But thankfully that never happened and this drive-in is still going strong after over 65 years of continual operation. It operates seasonally from April thru September with a double feature each night. And while FM radio is used for sound, traditional window speakers are still available if you are so inclined to use them. They only accept cash at the ticket booth so make sure to bring cash for your admission. The Centerbrook Drive-in allows pets but only as long as they are leashed and picked up after.
