About Tibbs Drive-in

The Tibbs Drive-in Theatre is a four screen drive-in movie theater located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Tibbs Drive-in is the last drive-in theater in the Indianapolis area of which there were 18 operating drive-ins at one time. It was originally opened as a single screen drive-in in 1967 with a second and third screen added in 1972 and a fourth screen added in 1994. And then as recently as 2012 the owners made additional improvements. The drive-in converted to digital projection in 2016. They are open seasonally from March thru October and show double features on each screen. Movie audio is broadcast of different FM channels. Pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved and cleaned up after.
