About Mount Zion Drive-in

The Mount Zion Drive-in has been closed since the 2015 season. However, the owners are currently trying to raise the funds needed to convert it to digital and re-light it. So while it is currently closed, there are efforts under way to bring it back to life and no plans to sell it or demolish it. So for now we are keeping our fingers crossed and hoping they are able to raise the funds to buy a digital projector. We hope this drive-in re-opens as it was West Virginia's oldest drive-in, opened in 1945. Its 85' wide screen is huge given its small 200 car capacity.
