About Narrow Gauge Drive-in
The Narrow Gauge Drive-in, located in Farmington, Maine, is one of the country's newest drive-in movie theaters. Originally named the Big Sky Drive-in when it opened in July of 2017, the drive-in is owned and operated by the same owners of the Narrow Gauge Cinemas (an indoor cinema) and in fact, is located just behind the indoor cinema. They changed the name of the drive-in to Narrow Gauge Drive-in in early 2020. Currently, the Narrow Gauge Drive-in shares it Facebook page and website with the indoor cinema so it can be a bit confusing at times when looking for drive-in showtimes and drive-in specific information. The Narrow Gauge Drive-in is relatively small with 1 screen and about a 60 car capacity. That makes it one of the smallest drive-ins currently operating in the U.S. They charge by the carload. Pricing is currently $10 for a single feature. They are open seasonally from approximately April thru October.
