About Ciné-parc Saint-Ambroise
The Ciné-parc Saint-Ambroise is a single screen drive-in movie theater, or Ciné-parc in French, located in Saint-Ambroise, Quebec, Canada. Born out of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ciné-parc Saint-Ambroise opened in 2021. Unlike traditional drive-ins, the Ciné-parc Saint-Ambroise used a special fabric for its screen which is specifically designed for projection. Also, even though it is a single screen, the Ciné-parc Saint-Ambroise uses two projectors that project onto its single screen superimposed creating a near 4k quality image. The Ciné-parc Saint-Ambroise has a large lot and can accommodate about 600 cars. They also host concerts and can host up to 20,000 people when doing so.
