About The Ultimate Drive-in
The Ultimate Drive-in is a proposed single screen drive-in that is planned to be built in Austin, Texas. Construction is planned to start in January of 2021 with The Ultimate Drive-in being completed and opened in April of 2021. The company building this drive-in is Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment. Since 2007, Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment has sold and rented outdoor movie screens, digital projectors and other entertainment equipment. So now they are going to open their own drive-in which will show both classic and first run movies. The Ultimate Drive-in will have both spaces for cars like a traditional drive-in but they will also have outdoor seating and deck seating. The Ultimate Drive-in will have various food and drink packages as well as exclusive SkyDeck Loft concierge services. They have not said how large their drive-in screen will be, but have said it will be "Texas Sized". And while they are constructing the new drive-in, they will be showing movies on site using a large 52' inflatable screen. We will update this site as construction progresses on this new drive-in.
