The King Drive-in is a single screen drive-in theater located in Russellville, Alabama. Opened in 1949, the King Drive-In is the oldest remaining drive-in theater in Alabama. The King Drive-in is a family oriented drive-in movie theater located just north of Russellville, AL on Hwy 43N. It is a single screen drive-in theater that has been in operation since 1949. They are open seasonally from approximately March thru December and show movies on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. They have converted to digital projection and show first run movies when open.
