About Cape Breton Drive-In
The Cape Breton Drive-in is a twin screen drive-in theater located in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is the most eastern located drive-in theater in North America. The Cape Breton Drive-in is only one of two drive-in theaters still in operation in Nova Scotia. Originally opened as a single screen drive-in theater in 1975, they added a second screen sometime in the early 2010's to become a twin drive-in theater. They operate seasonally showing first run, double features. They charge $25 per carload for screen 1 and $20 per carload for screen two. So load up as many friends and family as possible and head out to the Cape Breton Drive-in. And they do allow pets so bring the family dog as well. The Cape Breton Drive-in did not open in 2021 because of Covid-19 pandemic restrictions and it was feared the Cape Breton Drive-in would be closed for good. However, they did re-open on May 13, 2022 and continue to operate.
