About Northfield Drive-in

The Northfield Drive-in is a single screen drive-in movie theater located in Northfield, New Hampshire. And while it is located in New Hampshire, it is actually situated on the border with Massachusetts. The Northfield Drive-in is one of the oldest drive-ins still operating on the east coast. It was originally opened in 1948 and has been in continuous operation since then. While their admission prices are $12 for adults, they do require a 2 adult minimum (or $24 per car) on Saturday nights and nights before holidays. So if you are going by yourself, be prepared to pay a little more. The drive-in does not accept credit cards so make sure you have plenty of cash for both the admission cost and concession stand. They do allow pets as long as they are leashed, quiet and well behaved.
