About Sandell Drive-in
First lit back in 1955 in the midst of America's drive-in boom, this solo screen was named after the original owner's two daughters, Sandara and Adele. Their namesake (The Sandell) remained opened for 29 years before going dark in 1984. But despite having been dark for 18 years, a new owner came along and resurrected the Sandell and it was reopened in 2002. It is open seasonally from April thru September.
