About Teepee Drive-in Theatre
The Tee Pee Drive-in is a single screen drive-in located in Sapulpa, Oklahoma which is on historic Route 66 just outside of Tulsa, OK. The Tee Pee Drive-in was originally opened in 1950 and held about 400 cars. It operated until it was eventually closed in 1999. In 2012, a new owner promised to re-open the Tee Pee Drive-in but did not follow through on his commitments. In early 2021, the TeePee Drive-in was sold to new owners who have committed to re-opening the drive-in, which they did in March of 2023. The new owners refurbished the original screen and added 12 Spartan trailers that are used as Airbnb rentals. No outside food is allowed. They do serve alcohol and dogs are allowed as long as they are leashed and cleaned up after. Current admission is $8 for adults and $4 for kids.
