About Sunset Drive-in
The Sunset Drive-in is a single screen drive-in theater located in Hartford, Michigan. The Sunset Drive-in has been around since 1948 making it one of the few remaining drive-ins from before 1950. It is located in Hartford, MI which is in the bottom portion of the state. It is open seasonally from April Through October showing first run double features. They charge by the carload so cram as many people into the car as you want. Please be aware the the Sunset Drive-in does not allow you to bring any outside food or drink. So make sure to bring your appetite and additional money for the concession stand. Current admission is $30 per carload. The Sunset Drive-in is currently for sale along with the 5 Mile Drive-in which is owned by the same owners. The asking price is $449,000 for both drive-ins.
