About Boulevard Drive-in Theater
In operation since 1950, the Boulevard Drive-in is one of Kansas' oldest operating drive-in theaters. It has been under the same management since 1984 and is very well maintained. They still have traditional window speakers but also use DTS digital sound on 89.7 FM radio. The Boulevard Drive-in claims to be the first drive-in theater to use 4k projection for their movies. Before visiting, be aware that the Boulevard Drive-in does not accept credit cards and they do not have an ATM on site. So be prepared and bring cash. Current admission is $15 for adults with kids under 11 free. The Boulevard Drive-in allows pets as long as they are leashed and well behaved. The Boulevard Drive-in is also one of the few drive-ins to sell alcohol on site. They also run a Swap and Shop on the weekends.
