The Valley Brook Drive-in was sold to developers who plan to bulldoze it and use the land for rental cabins. It was a single screen drive-in located in Lyons Falls, NY on the western edge of the Adirondack State Park. One of the last of a certain breed - hundreds like it in smallish towns and rural stretches across America. The Valley Brook was in continuous operation, seasonally, for more than 60 years (and through 3 generations within the same family), since the picture show first opened back in 1952.
