The Pine Hill Drive-in is a single screen drive-in movie theater located in Piedmonth, Missouri which is located in a rural area of the southern part of the state.  It was opened during the height of the drive-in movie theater era back in 1953.  It operated for more than 50 years until closing permanently in 2015.

However, the screen and buildings were never demolished and the land never developed.  So, in 2021, new owners purchased the property and announced their intentions to re-furbish and re-open the Pine Hill Drive-in.  And they did just that.  They repaired and repainted the original screen, repaired the buildings and purchased a new digital projector.

After a lot of work and dreams come true, the Pine Hill Drive-in is re-opening on Thursday, May 26th with a showing of Top Gun: Maverick.  Admission is a bargain at $8 for adults, $4 for kids with kids 5 and under being free.  Currently, the Pine Hill Drive-in does not have a website so visit their Facebook page for the latest movies and showtimes.
