The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare Review

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is the latest film by action director Guy Ritchie. Ritchie is known for fast-paced action comedies with his unique blend of eccentric characters and absurd situations.

His latest film is no different even though it is inspired by a true story of the first special forces mission the characters protagonists played by Henry Cavill, Alan Ritchison, Henry Golding, and Alex Peftyfer never seem to grasp the seriousness of the situation. They travel from place to place gleefully killing Nazis along the way and despite some exposition dumps in the first act, I didn’t leave the film particularly attached to any of them. A side plot involving Eliaza Gonzales was one of the weaker aspects of the film and felt underdeveloped.

But if you are going to this film for guy Ritchie’s signature action you won’t be disappointed
