Despite the previously reported sale to a developer, Colorado's 88 Drive-in Theater is opening in May for the 2024 season according to their Facebook page. The theater had been owned by the same family since 1976 prior to the sale and is located at 8780 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022. No news yet on what movies will be shown to kick off the 2024 (and final?) season.
